Above all, ALL Strategies hope that you, your families and your organizations have not been affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Furthermore, we wish to inform you our commitment to ensure an uninterrupted service during this contingence. Some measures we have adopted to guarantee the security of our team and prevent any infection risk are as follows:

• Limiting business trips abroad to those strictly necessary and subject to specific approval.

• Adopting a protocol for our personal trips, including the possibility of implementing preventive isolation measures.

• Training on and reinforcing specific hygiene measures, as recommended by the international and local health authorities.

• Reinforcing cleaning and disinfection measures in our premises.

Should an extreme quarantine situation arise, all our staff is completely equipped to work remotely with videoconference systems, video and Internet access, e-mail and VoIP.

We also inform you that the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, the Federal Courts and Courthouses, as well as several local courts (among them, the courts of Mexico City) have suspended their activities from March 19 to April 19 of the current year. This means that, during this month, procedural deadlines will not run, and jurisdictional proceedings will not be conducted. Unfortunately, this also means that the resolution of cases will take longer, and that we will not be able to file new lawsuits or motions until the contingence is over.
