Environmental Contamination Prevention

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (Semarnat) published a decree establishing several amendments to the General Law for Ecological Equilibrium and Environmental Protection. This reform is intended to regulate the prevention of environmental contamination arising from noise, vibrations, thermal energy, intrusive light, electromagnetic radiations and harmful odors for ecological equilibrium and environment.
