Hydrocarbons Law Reform Suspension

As a result of the Hydrocarbons Law Reform of May 4th, 2021, several companies filed Amparo actions against that reform because they consider that their legal scope is affected, particularly in relation to the marketing permits for petroleum products.

The Second District Administrative Court Judge Specialized in Antitrust solely authorized the suspension of certain provisions of the decree amending the Hydrocarbons Law.
