New Reform to the Hydrocarbons Law

The 2013 Energy Reform established legal mechanisms to guarantee conditions for the private sector to participate in the value chain of hydrocarbons, petroleum products and petrochemicals. After the change of administration, the energy policy has taken a new direction.

On May 19 of the present year, it was published a reform to the Decree whereby the Hydrocarbons Law was issued.
